Last month, we celebrated the recognition of Juneteeth as a federal holiday for the first time. It is in this triumphant spirit of surviving against all odds that we will arm ourselves with the latest information to save lives using current, innovative cancer screening tools.
A recent study quantified 1.6 million excess years of life lost amongst Black people in the last 20 years and another study confirmed that the presence of Black physicians in our communities increases the lifespan of Black people.
The power is in your hands! You will not want to miss this opportunity to feed both body & mind
