On Friday, December 9 at 6pm, the MSEP will host A Night at the Museum, a holiday celebration and fundraiser at the African American Museum in Philadelphia. Proceeds benefit underrepresented medical and pre-health students. The evening will feature access to the museum exhibits, heavy hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and great music.
We will party with a purpose to celebrate Black Medicine in Philadelphia while raising money for our scholarship and pipeline programs. We could not think of a more fitting location than a space that celebrates the lives and work of African Americans. Those who attend this event will not only be able to take in all the museum has to offer, but will enjoy an incomparable experience of living history, because every black physician is a historical figure in their own right!
